Provision of Services
Under this agreement, TTW Trading Systems PTE. LTD. (“the Company”) will make every effort to provide you with the Online e-Course “TTW Combo Seminar Video and Documentation Bundle – Transform Your Trading with TTW-TradeFinder and TTW-TrendAnalyzer PRO!” (“the Course”) through internet-based access, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Agreement Duration
This agreement will become effective when you confirm your request for the Company to provide the Course through your payment.
Your Commitments
You agree to keep the content and modules of the Course confidential, recognizing that all intellectual property rights in the Course belong to the Company. This clause will remain in effect beyond the termination of this agreement, regardless of the reason for termination.
Company Commitments
The Company will aim to provide you with the
1.) recorded course,
2.) Live online seminar,
in a series of online electronic modules via Vimeo.com (or another platform) at its discretion concerning timing and content. The Company will strive to deliver the Course to you in a series of electronic modules over the Internet. If there are prolonged connection interruptions, we will deliver all contractually agreed content at a mutually agreed upon date.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The Company will not be liable or considered in breach of this agreement due to any delays or failures to perform any of its obligations if caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Payments & Refunds
Once you’ve purchased the course, no refunds will be issued during or after the course if you’ve accessed our content via the Course Website (ZOOM, r Meeting room). Access is confirmed by your logging in with your course username and password.
All courses are non-transferable, meaning you can’t exchange your course for another. Before you book the course, please read all the information provided and our FAQ on ttwtrader.com to ensure that our online learning platform suits your needs.
Single License Use
Only you, the purchaser, may use this course. By purchasing a single course, you’re buying a single user license. We track login behavior, and your account will be blocked if we suspect you’re sharing your login details with others. Sharing course content outside the platform is a copyright infringement and will be seriously dealt with.
Technical Requirements
As this is an online, computer-based course, a certain level of computer literacy is required. We expect that you have a reliable internet connection and speed to get the most from the course. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any internet or connectivity issues on your end.
Non-duplication
If you’re found to be accessing the course for purposes other than learning (such as to resell the information), we reserve the right to revoke your access without a refund, and further legal action may be taken.
Copyright Protection
All intellectual property rights in our designs, products, and this website’s images, text, and design belong to and will remain the property of TTW Trading Systems PTE. LTD. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously. Without our express written permission, you may not distribute or commercially exploit the content, nor can you transmit it or store it on any other website or form of the electronic retrieval system. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time, so please review them frequently.
